Brahim Diaz is set to leave AC Milan at the end of the season as his two-year loan will expire. The Rossoneri have made it clear that they want to keep him, but Real Madrid have other ideas.
Diaz has seven goals and six assists this season but his performance have been rather inconsistent. In any case, Milan were set to sit down with Real Madrid and discuss a permanent transfer at the end of the season.
This meeting might not happen, as reported by Spanish outlet AS, as Real Madrid have decided that Diaz will be the replacement for the exit-bound Marco Asensio. The Bernabeu side consider the 23-year-old ready and as a ‘new signing’.
Milan have already lined up Daichi Kamada on a free transfer (read more here) and he could perhaps be the replacement for Diaz. With the money saved, the Rossoneri could perhaps sign a new right-winger.
Ok. Then trigger the buy clause and bag 5 mil when Real have to buy him back…
It should be pretty clear now that there’s no buy out clause. There’s no official statement by both clubs regarding this matter. Only media brings this matter over and over again.
And would be great if we can sign Assensio in return. But knowing PSG is also in the race, well, better to move forward.
Lol I agree @Ibrahim Ba. I’m pretty sure sooooo MANY of these are made up articles and click bait. None of them have any idea what really is going on or who Milan wants. I’m fully convinced. Last year they said we wanted Renato but Maldini cleared all that up by saying they were looking at other profiles. YET still media persisted with these articles
Do you think the club, would’ve waited this long to trigger his buyout clause? If there is any at all?
Brilliant news. He’s too small and too inconsistent.
To be fair when Diaz was good he was really good, unlocking games with tight dribbling and electric pace. Then he would disappear for other games almost invisible. He is a frustrating player but it would have been an asset to keep him in the team even entering on the left or right as a sub. He seems a Milanista through and through.
If Milan failed to sign Diaz then Milan should sign ritsu Doan of Freiburg because ritsu has similar and more quality to Diaz to avoid what happens to us before to happen again.infact instead of milinkovic Savic then ritsu we be a better option
This is the first time, and you’re the only one, that say Ritsu Doan is better than SMS…
Kelechi didn’t say that Doan is bentter than SMS. He said Doan is a better option than SMS. I quite agree, since SMS looks out of reach (Lotito is a difficult person to deal with, higher salary demand from SMS, and also competition against other clubs to sign SMS). So yeah, I think Doan is a better option (if the management wants to sign both players though)
Give us juve game tomorrow, thanks and good bye. Small player like that don’t usually run ACM midfield.
Send him back already, for crying out loud. He’s been here for what, 3 years? And is STILL inconsistent.
Goodbye Diaz , thankyou for everything… i think he better leave milan …
Finally hes going back to madrid.
Flashes of brilliance and then nothing. Why will Milan be developing a player for another team?
Glad to see him go , he’s to small & Inconsistent ,just not good enough.
I’m surprised real want him Back
@SempreMilan, the articles here are mostly baseless and hooked up. But it feels good to read it although things won’t happen. But even worse are the so called “fans” here who just don’t know how to comment. I feel Diaz was better than most others on the pitch, and on top he has Milan spirit. Support ur team and mates bro. The management know what they are doing and there is the Curva Sud associated too.
Please let him go back we dnt nee him
