CM: Atalanta unwilling to sell star this summer as Milan ponder €6m offer

By Isak Möller -

Milan will be looking to reinforce the squad in the summer and regardless of the Champions League, some players will be brought in. They have even set their sights on league rival’s star, a report claims.

The player in question, of course, is Josip Ilicic who has been linked with the Rossoneri in recent weeks. His relationship with Gian Piero Gasperini, the manager of Atalanta, is far from perfect and has fueled the rumours.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan are observing the situation and sporting Ricky Massara would like to replicate the operation that saw Papu Gomez join Sevilla. In other words, with a transfer fee of €4-6m.

However, Atalanta don’t want to part ways with the 33-year-old, who has six goals and nine assists in Serie A this season. A lot will depend on Ilicic, who might want to try his wings in a bigger club before it’s too late.

so you seriously think because atalanta in recent years has had some been better seasons makes them a bigger and more illustrious club than milan ? if so you really doesnt have a concept of what makes clubs big because the only trophies atalanta has ever won is serie b or c champions + that they have lost some coppa italia finals whereas milan has won everything over the years. So let me ask again do you still think that what you implied holds up to any scrutiny ?

First of all you’re not a football fan let alone a Milan fan because if you know football you should know better then to talk About Atalanta next to Milan
