CM: Calhanoglu summit next week as Milan stand firm on offer – the figures

By Isak Möller -

Time is running out for Milan as Hakan Calhanoglu’s contract will expire in the summer. In other words, they need to accelerate the talks, as the No.10 is free to negotiate with other clubs over a free transfer.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, Milan’s goal is to avoid mockery and that’s why a new meeting has been scheduled for next week with Calhanoglu’s agent. Gordon Stipic is the man in question, set to arrive early next week.

The report states that sources close to the player are optimistic that the future will be red and black. However, the distance between offer and demand is still very wide, with Milan currently not willing to increase their €3.5m offer.

The next face to face will serve to understand what Hakan Calhanoglu’s intentions are: the priority is to continue the adventure with the Rossoneri but it will take a further economic effort to get closer to an agreement.
