AC Milan face strong competition from three of their Serie A rivals if they are to land Red Bull Salzburg star Dominik Szoboszlai, a report claims.
A number of different sources – including Tuttosport, Calciomercato.com, MilanNews and il Corriere dello Sport – are now reporting that Milan are considering a move for Red Bull Salzburg star Dominik Szoboszlai as a potential replacement for Hakan Calhanoglu.
According to the latest from Calciomercato.it, there are four clubs in Italy who want to sign the 20-year-old playmaker: Milan, Napoli, Inter and Juventus. Salzburg are rubbing their hands, knowing that the amount of competition bodes very well for them and their coffers.
However, RB Leipzig are readying a decisive move for the Hungarian as early as January to try and beat the competition and avoid another case like Erling Haaland. By keeping Szoboszlai within the Red Bull sporting world everyone is happy, but neither Szoboszlai nor his entourage are willing to arrive at any decisions just yet.
