CM: Milan could sell Leao to make way for Sampdoria star with €30m price tag

As a result of the Euros, a few players will inevitably end up in the spotlight on the transfer market. Mikkel Damsgaard, who plays for Denmark, is one of them as he has impressed with his team so far.

In three games at the tournament, the 20-year-old has got one goal and one assist for Denmark, helping them advance to the quarter-finals. This past season, he got two goals and four assists for Sampdoria in Serie A.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan are one of the teams that are keeping tabs on Damsgaard, who has a price tag of around €30m. However, in order for the operation to be possible, the Rossoneri would have to sell Rafael Leao.

Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara like the player a lot but are yet to make a concrete step. The likes of Inter and Juventus are also following the situation with interest, meaning it would be a difficult operation.
