CM: Milan looking to raise €30m from sales to begin full-back revolution – the targets

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are hoping to raise substantial funds from the sale of three full-backs in the upcoming window, according to a report.

Calciomercato.com have taken stock of the Rossoneri’s situation at full-back, beginning their report by claiming that the management want a left-back who can be the new deputy to Theo Hernandez.

In addition, Milan are also after a right-back who will slot into the starting XI as Calabria and Conti have failed to convince this season. Barcelona’s Emerson and PSV Eindhoven’s Denzel Dumfries are mentioned as targets, but before accelerating any pursuits Maldini and Massara first want to sell.

Diego Laxalt and Ricardo Rodriguez will both leave. For the Uruguayan, Milan want to obtain a fee of around €10m, while they will ask for half that sum to let Rodriguez leave.

In addition, the request at the moment is €15million for Calabria which would of course be pure capital gains due to the fact he is  a Primavera product, with Fiorentina and Bologna interested.

  1. When we have solved full-back positions, then we “only” need Milenkovic, Florentino Luis, Rodrigo De Paul and Matias Zaracho!
