CM: Paolo Maldini to resume role after recovering from COVID-19; Daniel also all clear

There is some positive news for AC Milan as Paolo Maldini and his son Daniel have fully recovered from COVID-19, according to a report.

On March 21 it was confirmed that the manager of the Rossoneri technical area and his son, Primavera attacker Daniel Maldini, had tested positive for the Coronavirus. As required by the medical-health protocols, they began self-isolating for the course of the virus.

According to what Calciomercato.com are reporting, the pair have now recovered and are ready to resume their activities, especially Paolo Maldini. the former captain is back to his position as a director and – along with Ivan Gazidis – will begin discussions with the players regarding the cutting of wages.

Paolo described the effect that Coronavirus has had on him during a revealing interview recently, and took to Instagram on to thank people for their messages of support, thanking  those who are committed to fighting the virus.
