CM: PSG lurk in the background but Milan not looking to sell Kessie

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have decided to keep Franck Kessie despite speculation claiming he could leave the club, a report claims.

There have been rumours surrounding Kessie throughout the summer window thus far amid reports the club could look to sell him in order to recoup funds for the market.

It has previously been reported that the new head coach will have the final say on the Ivorian’s future.

It was claimed that a ‘rich offer’ from China arrived earlier in the summer, while Premier league duo Spurs and Wolves were also linked, with the latter apparently having a bid accepted.

With the English transfer window having already shut though, there is only one suitor remaining for Kessie: Paris Saint-Germain.

That is according to Calciomercato.com, who go on to add that an assault from the Ligue 1 giants would only be possible if Neymar is sold, as is reportedly the case with Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Milan for their part are determined to keep Kessie and Donnarumma – as well as Suso – and for now it appears that the core are set to stay together.
