Sergio Conceiçao will be forced to watch his team’s final performance against Monza from the stands, but has been getting them prepared at Milanello.
As Calciomercato.com recall, Conceicao was sent off at the Stadio Olimpico against Roma in the final minutes and that means he will not be in the dug out for what should be his AC Milan farewell. With Milan having nothing left to play for, it is certainly easy to predict some rotations.
Santiago Gimenez will not be there because he is suspended after elbowing Gianluca Mancini, in his place the Portuguese coach is studying the biggest change: Francesco Camarda will be in from the first minute with the hope that he will also score his first goal in Serie A.
Manchester City are pushing to have Tijjani Reijnders available immediately for the Club World Cup but the midfielder is still focused on Milan. Against Monza the Dutchman will be a starter in a match that the fans hope will not be his last at San Siro.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek will be alongside him, while the flanks will be filled by the youngsters Alex Jimenez and Davide Bartesaghi, who has just renewed his contract until 2030. In defence, there will be space for Malick Thiaw, Matteo Gabbia and Strahinja Pavlovic in front of Marco Sportiello.
Conceicao seems inclined to deploy his protégé Joao Felix from the first minute again, meaning Rafael Leao is heading for the bench. On the opposite wing, Christian Pulisic will try to improve on his current tally of 11 goals and 9 assists in 33 league appearances.
If he really starts Joao Felix again he needs investigating for fraud, clearly just advertising the player for his agent.
I can’t see him starting Camarda, but I hope we do – if not now, when?
It has to be a demand from his agent in his contract. That or just favoritism cuz he’s Sergio portuguese compatriot that he personally wanted at the club. His performances are beyond useless

Joao Felix is literally the most useless attacker we’ve had since cerci. He has to only be playing because his contract demands he gets minutes per his agent so he can advertise a new move. Start camarda and jovic up top together from the start, like someone with common sense would do. Rlc should not be anywhere near a pitch.
These forum experts are crackin me up. Probably American. No idea of what football is. Felix is lively and adds creativity to the otherwise Leao dependent attack.
Kiddo, you’ve outed yourself as the only one here with no clue about the game. Nobody cares if you’re salty butthurt that you’re favorite player gets called out. He literally hinders the attack every game, ruins every center attack, and has worse end product than Origi. Simmer down
