CorSport: Arnault keen on €975m takeover of Milan despite denials

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan’s future remains uncertain, amid rumours suggesting that the club might be sold. Despite more than one denial, the LVHM group (Louis Vuitton) remain interested in taking over the Rossoneri in the very near future.

As reported by Corriere Dello Sport (via MilanNews.it), the rumours of a potential takeover continue to gain traction. However, being listed on the stock market, the LVHM group have been quick to deny the rumours.

The newspaper claims that the sale could take place by next December, for a fee of close to €975m. In fact, Bernard Arnault is serious about the takeover, which has been the basis of the negotiations with the Rossoneri.

Given the amount of reports on the matter, there must be some truth to it. On the other hand, if they are negotiating the takeover, there is still a long way ahead before any official comments can be made on the situation.
