Charles De Ketelarre made his full debut for AC Milan yesterday and it ended up being a success. He assisted the opening goal and played really well during the 61 minutes he was on the pitch.
The playmaker, who arrived for a fee of €35m earlier this summer, made his first start for Milan yesterday and he certainly took the opportunity. He created the first goal all by himself, winning the ball back before setting off with full pace towards the penalty box.
Rightfully so, he was praised by most newspapers and outlets this morning as the ratings were published. In our column, De Ketelaere was given a 7.5/10 and only just fell short of Rafael Leao who got an 8. Down below are all of his ratings.
SempreMilan: 7.5
Gazzetta dello Sport: 7.5
Tuttosport: 7
Corriere dello Sport: 7.5
It remains to be seen if he will start against Sassuolo on Tuesday but the feeling is that he will, especially since he was subbed off after 61 minutes yesterday. Stefano Pioli has found his long-last No.10, by the looks of it.
Fantastic player!
It’s one game but…Bye Diaz…you had so many chances. Good kid always worked hard and looks like he loves playing for us – but could never consistently deliver. CDK is our CAM now and for the future. Just need to figure out a way to play Adli and CDK together. Adli will be a star as well. And pls pls signs proper RW
