With Maldini soon to publicly accept a role as director, and Marco Giampaolo almost appointed, Milan’s attention can turn to the market.
A few names have popped up as options and respected journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has identified two targets for the Rossoneri.
The first name is Stefano Sensi who has been linked with a move to Milan in the past. The midfielder would bring a fresh dynamic to the squad and allow Kessie much needed rest.
The second name is Gianluca Mancini of Atalanta. The Bergamo side famously secured Champions League football and third place this past season, having finished aboove Milan and Inter on the final match day.
Price points have yet to be revealed but it is stated that Roma is also interested in Mancini and could engage in a bidding war if needed.
I am a Milan fan but it is better for Italy to be represented by Atalanta in the Champions’ League. Atalanta play an interesting attacking game. Milan are afraid to attack and their game is boring.
Am also a Milanista & I agree with u on Atlanta the right team to be in the champions league. Milan do not have the quality that the top four team has including Roma despite the fact they didn’t do well last season. We need quality in ever department if we want to reclaim our lost glory.
He is speaking the truth! Milan are not good enough for the champions league and are not ready.
