By Isak Möller -

Zlatan Ibrahimovic looks set to stay at AC Milan for at least one more season. The Swede surprised many this past season with ten goals and five assists since his arrival in January, proving that he still can make a difference.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, there is more and more confidence regarding the Ibrahimovic’s renewal. Milan are working to reach the final agreement and the striker is increasingly convinced that he will stay at the club.

The contacts between the Rossoneri and Mino Raiola are continuous. The parties are working, by common will, on a one-year renewal for the 2020/21 season. There is trust and a desire to continue together.

As mentioned, Ibrahimovic has shown that he still can make a difference, helping Milan recover from what was a terrible start to the season. The final agreement could arrive soon, by the looks of it, and hopefully the 38-year-old will continue to impress.
