Di Marzio: ‘Problems’ with Andre Silva’s Eintracht move; Rebic left waiting

By Oliver Fisher -

Problems have emerged surrounding Andre Silva’s proposed move to Eintracht Frankfurt which threatens to derail Ante Rebic’s arrival, a report claims.

Our mercato expert Vito Angele reported on Sunday evening that an agreement had been struck between Milan and Eintracht over an exchange of two-year loans with options to buy for Silva and Rebic.

The Croatia international completed his medical tests earlier on Monday, as per MilanNews.it, with just fitness tests to finish before he can sign his contract at Casa Milan.

However, nothing is ever simple with Milan’s mercato, and now Gianluca Di Marzio has reported via his official Twitter account that there are problems on Silva’s end of the deal.

There are no specifics offered as to what the issues are that have arisen, however it is likely to either be complications with his medical or disagreement over personal terms at this stage.

In addition, Di Marzio adds that Rebic has now been left waiting to see if the double deal will go through after all.
