Di Marzio: PSG interested in Donnarumma but no contacts made

Gianluigi Donnarumma has been drawing attention and interest to his name for years from his impressive performances.

Now, according to highly-respected journalist Gianluca Di Marzio the latest club interest is PSG.

PSG have been confirmed to be interested in Milan’s young superstar goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma according to Di Marzio on Monday night’s Calcio Mercato L’Originale.

PSG recently let Gianluigi Buffon leave the club after his contract ended. For the moment their goalkeeper is Alphonse Areola, but they would likely look to make him the back-up behind Gianluigi Donnrumma if they were to sign the 20-year-old.

However, Di Marzio also says that there has been no negotiations as of yet. Whether the French giants initiates contact remains to be seen.

Recent reports have suggested Milan could undergo somewhat of a revolution in the goalkeeping department this summer which could involve exits for both Gigio and Antonio Donnarumma, as well as Jose Reina.

Mattia Perin could arrive from Juventus and Alessandro Plizzari may be promoted to back-up.
