Stefano Pioli is expected to rest Olivier Giroud which could mean Ante Rebic starts. He will be up against Samuel Umtiti for much of the game.

A key player for Lecce is Morten Hjulmand and his main aim is going to be stopping Brahim Diaz from creating in the centre of the pitch. Another battle will see Rafael Leao try to get the better of Valentin Gendrey down the Mlan left.

One of Lecce’s biggest attacking threats is Gabriel Strefezza and he will be trying to get behind Theo Hernandez at every given opportunity.

In the centre, Assan Ceesay will have to try and outrun Fikayo Tomori on the break whilst also battling with the Milan defender in the box.
