The transfer market is closed and the Serie A season is in full swing but this fact does not prevent sporting directors to already plan for the upcoming sessions and this applies also to AC Milan’s technical director Paolo Maldini
The necessity to reinforce the squad with a couple of elements in January is quite clear and Maldini, Boban and Massara seem to be of the same opinion and are working to strengthen Stefano Pioli’s squad during the winter transfer window.
And one of the possible reinforcements is Real Madrid’s Brahim Diaz, who has so far collected only ten minutes under Zinedine Zidane this season. The Los Blancos considered his departure the best solution already during the summer and the situation is no different now.
And according to reports from Marca, the 20-year-old has a ‘serious proposal from Milan’ and Real Madrid hope that he reconsiders his intention to stay at the Santiago Bernabeu and leave room for the arrival of potential reinforcements.
