AC Milan claimed all three points in their encounter with Lazio last night after an impressive second half, taking complete control of the affair. Deservedly so, they were praised by the newspapers this morning.
The first 45 minutes were very tight and Milan thus changed their approach for the second half. Instead of keeping their positions, they decided to press very high and it paid off, with goals coming from Christian Pulisic and Noah Okafor.
On their front page, Gazzetta Dello Sport wrote the following: “Milanissimo. What a second half, Lazio beaten. Leao invents for the new signings: Pulisic and Okafor on the scoresheet.”
Corriere Dello Sport: “Those who have them are blessed. Lautaro responds to the assists of Leao: Inter and Milan are flying. Pioli knocks out Lazio, Leao inspires Pulisic and Okafor.”
I remember some people on here been saying Lautaro is overrated.. heh, football doctors
He plays for Merda, so he will always be overrated. Unless he comes to Milan, then he’ll be Ballon d’Or worthy.
