As the international break has come to an end (finally), AC Milan are getting ready to take on Napoli at the San Siro this evening. Having lost their last two games, it will be very important to get back on the right track.
However, Pioli will have to manage without Bennacer and Calhanoglu, who both are suspended. Furthermore, Duarte hasn’t been called up to the game, which means a few changes will have to be made to the starting eleven.
After the positive display against Juventus, you can understand that the manager doesn’t want to change much. Therefore, as Gazzetta Dello Sport reports (via MilanEye on Twitter), only three changes are expected for the game.
At the back, Musacchio will slot in alongside Romagnoli, having just returned from injury. Biglia will occupy the holding midfield role, while Bonaventura is ahead of Rebic to replace Calhanoglu on the left flank. In other words, what you would expect, really.
AC Milan (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Conti, Musacchio, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Paquetà, Biglia, Krunic; Suso, Piatek, Bonaventura.
