GdS: Agent of Calhanoglu gives priority to Milan but PSG could launch attempt

By Isak Möller -

Hakan Calhanoglu’s contract will expire at the end of the season and Milan are keen on locking down their No.10. However, the negotiations haven’t been super successful thus far, with no agreement in sight still.

As Gazzetta Dello Sport report (via MilanNews), Calhanoglu earns €2.5m per year currently and he would like to double his earnings. Milan, on the other hand, have only gone as far as €4m in the negotiations.

In other words, there is still distance between the parties that the negotiations haven’t unlocked, as Milan would have hoped. Consequently, the hypothesis of Calhanoglu leaving for free can’t be ruled out and Paris Saint-Germain are one of the teams lurking.

Their sporting director, Leonardo (formerly of Milan), could make a move once we get closer to the summer. However, Gordon Stipic (agent of Calhanoglu) has given some kind of priority to the Rossoneri, so there is still time.
