GdS: Barcelona man says yes to Milan move as negotiations are advanced

By Isak Möller -

Milan have decided to focus on Junior Firpo for the left-hand side of the defence. Diogo Dalot has returned to Man Utd and Diego Laxalt is one step away from leaving, so a left-back is indeed needed.

According to today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews), Firpo has already said yes to the move. If personal matters held him back in January, that’s certainly not the case now as all the conditions are in place.

The negotiations between Milan and Barcelona have started and are proceeding with pace. The clubs have agreed on the formula, more specifically a loan with an option to buy, but they still need to find the right amount for the redemption.

Firpo, as said, has already given his consent to the move as talks have been going on for quite some time. By joining the Rossoneri, he will have a much better chance of getting playing time than at Barcelona.

  1. Hey. Paplo .Aldi I. Just simply recall Laxalt. He is a competitive player. Good going forward and more of a known quality, instead of experimenting with other top clubs’ rejects
