GdS: Exit of unwanted duo should guarantee €15m for Milan to reinvest

By Isak Möller -

There will be some departures for Milan this season and given how many signings they want to make, that seems only logical. Mattia Caldara and Andrea Conti are two of the players that are expected to leave this summer.

Both of them spent the last season out on loan, Caldara at Atalanta and Conti at Parma (from January), and are set to move again. Milan consider them as surplus to requirement and work is underway to materialise the sales.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews), they are hoping to cash it around €15m from the sales of the duo. Not a spectacular amount by any means, but Paolo Maldini and Ricky Mnassara will be able to use this on the market.

After all, quite a few signings are expected with the return to Champions League and all. In short, all the cash they can get from outcasts will help them boost the squad.
