After a disappointing loan spell at Sevilla, Andre Silva will return to AC Milan later this month. However, unlike what has been suggested in the last months, he could end up staying at the club.
In fact, the Rossoneri’s new manager, Giampaolo, has a clear plan for the Portuguese striker. Showing great promise during short spells both at Milan and Sevilla, Silva’s career could be relaunched under the management of the Italian.
Unlike his previous spell at San Siro, Milan are now looking to use the 4-3-1-2 formation, which would give more space to the attackers. With that said, his chances have increased significantly since it was revealed that Giampaolo will lead the team next season.
Despite the change of plans, the interest remains hot for the player on the transfer market. There are several possible suitors in the Premier League, including Wolves, while there is also interest in Turkey.
