GdS: Ibrahimovic to make AC Milan debut in the Coppa Italia

By Nikita Fesyukov -

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is back at Milan after 7 years and the Swede is ready to embrace his new challenge and change the team’s course of the season and perhaps help the Rossoneri to make a sensational sprint for a top 4 finish.

The former Manchester United, Barcelona and Juventus attacker has fifteen days to return to the top. He continues to train alone in Sweden, with Milan monitoring his form from a distance.

In a couple of weeks, therefore, Zlatan could be ready for the great return to Serie A. As reported by Gazzetta dello Sport (via milannews.it), against Sampdoria, on January 6th, he will most likely be on the bench.

However, on January 15, SPAL are expected at the San Siro for the round of 16 of the Coppa Italia, which can be the first big chance for the 38-year-old attacker to gather some rhythm and momentum ahead of a difficult second half of the season.
