This evening, AC Milan will take on Feronikeli in one of their last pre-season friendlies. Even though initial reports suggested otherwise, Rafael Leao is set to make his debut.
The youngster arrived from Lille last week in a €28m deal after the Rossoneri sold Patrick Cutrone to Wolves. And even after such a short period of time, he has already found his place in the team, fitting in well.
According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Rossoneri managers were apparently left surprised by Leao’s ‘incredible speed and strength’, as well as his ability to adapt to the new 4-3-1-2 formation that Giampaolo uses.
The newspaper adds that the Portuguese striker should make his debut for the team this evening against the Albanian side, playing alongside Piatek in the front two.
