GdS: Milan to part ways with three players in January amid new arrivals

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan are set to make a couple of reinforcements in January and that also means they will have to part ways with a few players. Three players are more or less expected to leave the club, a report claims.

Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are currently evaluating their options for the January window, keen on strengthening the squad amid the 8-point gap up to Napoli. You can read more about the targets they have here.

As per Gazzetta Dello Sport (via SempreMilan.com), three players are expected to leave Milan in January to make way for the signings: Fode Ballo-Toure, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Yacine Adli. The latter is likely to leave on a loan (if he wants) and not on a permanent basis.

France or Turkey are possible destinations for Ballo-Toure, who simply isn’t getting much playing time amid Theo Hernandez’s dominance. Bakayoko hasn’t played at all and the market seems complicated as well, but there is time to find a solution for him too.
