GdS: Milan will have €100m as transfer budget – the reinforcements in mind

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan are already making plans for next season, wanting to be prepared for the transfer window which will start in September. Stefano Pioli and Zlatan Ibrahimovic will act as the foundation, a report claims.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews.it), as soon as Ibrahimovic’s renewal has been announced, he will be an important figure when deciding the strategies. The Swede wants to remain and the renewal seems just like a formality at this point.

The Rossoneri will have €100m to spend this summer, which is a significant figure to raise the quality of the squad. €75m is added by Elliott directly, while the rest will come from the sales (half of which they can use, €12m has already arrived from Suso).

Then it will be time to think about the reinforcements. Changes will be made to all departments, starting with a centre-back and a full-back for the defence. As for the attack, despite Ibrahimovic’s confirmation, another striker will arrive.
