Following the 1-1 draw against Lille, and the league win against Napoli, Milan will take on Fiorentina with a lot of confidence tomorrow. 12 points separate them, painting a good picture of the respective form.
Milan did well against Lille on Thursday evening, completely neutralising the French side’s attack. The goal conceded, arguably, was a lapse of concentration as the Rossoneri barely conceded any other chances in the game.
According to Gazzetta Dello Sport (see photo below), Stefano Pioli will make five changes to the line-up that played against Lille. At the back, Alessio Romagnoli and Davide Calabria will be back after getting some much-needed rest last time out.
Further up the pitch, the same goes for the hard-working Franck Kessie. Interestingly enough, the manager will change both wingers as Alexis Saelemaerkers has returned from injury, while Brahim Diaz impressed when he came on against Lille.
Likely Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Hernandez; Kessie, Bennacer; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Diaz, Rebic.
