Fikayo Tomori has ended up on Juventus’ wish list ahead of the January window and according to a report, an offer could be tabled soon. Indeed, AC Milan have slapped a price tag on the centre-back.

It has been a season filled with ups and downs not just for Milan, but also for Tomori personally. He was initially considered a starter but lately, he’s been struggling with just 11 minutes on the pitch since his last league start on October 6.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan are open to a sale of the former Chelsea man but it has to be on their terms. In other words, we are not talking about another Pierre Kalulu deal as the Rossoneri have slapped a €25m price tag on the Englishman.

The directors will sit down to discuss the matter in Saudi Arabia, all present there for the Supercoppa Italiana, and the Bianconeri’s goal is to seal the deal for the return to Italy. Thiago Motta has already signed off on the signing as would be able to use Tomori immediately.

The formula would likely be a paid loan with an obligation to buy, not an option unlike Kalulu’s move in the summer. At the start of the season, Tomori had a value on the books of just under €17m and it should be around €14m in January, meaning Milan would register a sizeable capital gain in the end.

    1. Realistically looking once bremer gets fit he’s gonna be a 4th option.
So basically we’d be getting 25M for a 4th option defender.

No way in he’ll would tomori bench bremer or gatti as starters

        1. I don’t like gatti at all. But nah.

Actually juve buying tomori and if he does become a starter would be a blessing in disguise. They’d have a headless chicken playing as CB 🤣🤣

          1. You are the utmost classic exemple of “Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it”. After literally seeing what happened with Kalulu, yet still you’re ok with the same for Tomori, smh 🤦‍♂️

          2. Kalulu this, kalulu that.
Wish people would just stop already.
            A) he’s not that good and
            B) it’s just a matter of time before he gets injured and then juve can deal with that

  1. I like his confidence at the back but perhaps he’s often been a little too confident neglecting some important duties defending. If he would keep up his intensity which I like about him and be less reckless with his judgements, he’s a good defender, at least at serie A level, well he’s been good in European games and I think big games in general perhaps because he’d be more focused and respectful to big opponents. I’d keep him if he’s ok with fighting for a position. That’d be a challenge for him to be less relaxed. The same for Theo. The are not that motivated which whatsoever the course is not acceptable in Milan. But I think the quality is there. And letting Tomori join Juve with the potential of the player looking for revenge like happened with the snake at Inter, is not the best solution imo.

    1. It won’t be the same without Kessie-Bennacer-Tonali. That was the secret sauce. Hence why Theo-Tomori-Kalulu-Calabria just wasn’t the same after that season.

  2. Not selling to Juve,Tomori is a good player and we already gave them Kalulu. If we are off loading him for the money we better take that sum, double it and sign a proper DM or striker.

    1. I don’t think it makes sense for Tomori, his isolation from the England team seems to be because he’s not in the prem. Tuchel may take a different view, but if there’s the chance for him to to Newcastle and re-sign Tonali I’d be up for that. I don’t think they’ll end up getting Guehi now.

  3. If you want to sell Tomori you do it in summer and not in January where the replacements are slim to none and those that are avail are super expensive and we have no budget. Plus we have serious OTHER NEEDS like an DM amd striker. Also who will be our backup if Gabbia/Thiaw are injured? Pavlovic? LOL. Ya right. The kid is RAW and isn’t ready at all.

Tomori is also at his lowest value right now.

The donkeys who are screaming to sell Tomori are the same ones who said sell Kalulu and Thiaw (a when he had a poor few months). We all know how that worked out.

Not the right time – IF – we actually give a flying $h*t about trying to qualify for UCL.

    1. @the donkeys, lol. (That’s savage)
Well, class is permanent, form is temporary.
Depending on a coach, a style of play, even individual mental state, it’s very hard to judge players and very bad to misjudge them too.
Those who are calling for tonali today are the bulk who complained that he was s…t, that only kessie played well, well benacer has been unavailable and we suffered too, even though, they complain about him too, weeks back they wanted thiaw sold, kalulu out (cries of being injury prone), they dissed Adli & Pobega, called salaemakers headless, trolled CDK,now look at all the players who at some point were low but have now been motivated. The medical team, the psychologists etc at Milan should first be evaluated

      1. Tomori doesn’t have class tho. An average defender who had the peak of his career that scudeto season. All downhill from there

    2. Same donkeys who want Theo to be sold too. They’re almost as bad as this management team. No wonder why we’re in this mess. Experience counts for alot

  4. Problem is: options.

What are Milan options ? Our first defenders becomed Gabbia and Thiaw, who are unexperienced.

Tomori should be used for one more year before departure annd new strong centre back

  5. That’s good money for Tomori. We won’t get close to that in the summer with him playing 11 minutes in months plus a year older. Besides he’s earning too much for that sort of reserve role. Worse would be bringing him back to the starting lineup. He used to be good not anymore.

  6. Our defensive performance improved when he was benched. And not by chance. He can perform only in systems based on man marking and duels. He is also a liability with the ball. For 25-30m he can go. Kalulu is the real regret.

  7. He’s been a good player for an 18 game stretch of the last 3.5 seasons. He’s wildly overrated because of it.

    I’d take €25m and run.

  8. im sure that PK stunt he pulled, p off some american owners, taking from the american national captain and embarrasing the whole club to no end.

  9. Tomori isn’t good enough, he’s not an intelligent defender, I’d take the 25m. He’s not on par with Bremer or even Gatti who’s a much better defender than him. Expensive for a 4th choice. English players do not have tactical intelligence. Better off without him.
