Milan have put a hefty offer on the table for Gigio Donnarumma, whose contract will expire in the summer. However, no signals have arrived from the goalkeeper and all the Rossoneri can do is wait.
As reported by Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews), not even the renewal of Zlatan Ibrahimovic helped unlock the Donnarumma dilemma. Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara were hoping to meet Mino Raiola on Thursday, during the contract signing.

Instead, the lawyers took care of Ibrahimovic’s renewal and the Dutch-Italian agent was nowhere to be seen. Time continues to go by, therefore, and no signals have arrived from Donnarumma with regards to the €8m per year offered to him.
Milan have gone above and beyond their initial stance and the hefty offer might be their last, as there is nothing more they can do but wait. In other words, they have done their duty and now it’s in the hand of Donnarumma (or more so, Raiola).
