GdS: Predicted AC Milan XI for Genoa clash – Duarte, Paqueta in

By Isak Möller -

Marco Giampaolo has made up his mind for what could be his last match in charge of AC Milan. The Rossoneri will take on Genoa this evening and Gazzetta Dello Sport has revealed the predicted line-ups (via TeamMilanAC on Twitter).

Giampaolo is forced to a change at the back, as Musacchio is serving a one-game ban following a reckless challenge last time out. Duarte will get his first chance from start alongside Romagnoli, while Hernandez keeps his spot on the left despite the competition of Rodriguez.

For the first time this season, Calhanoglu will start on the bench. The Turk hasn’t impressed in the last few games and thus Paqueta will play to the left in the midfield, having recovered from the injury which kept him on the sidelines.

Up front, Giampaolo continues to rely on Piatek, who hasn’t scored from open play this season. On the flanks, Suso and Rafael Leao will be responsible for providing service to the Polish striker, who needs to get going in order to not lose his spot.

AC Milan (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Calabria, Duarte, Romagnoli, Hernandez; Kessie, Biglia, Paqueta; Suso, Piatek, Rafael Leao.
