There are set to be some fresh faces in the AC Milan attack when Stefano Pioli’s side takes on Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (as seen below), two important attackers are set to come back into the starting eleven having missed the defeat against Fiorentina on Saturday in Serie A.
The Rossoneri will see Rafael Leao return from his suspension and he will be partnered in behind Olivier Giroud by Brahim Diaz who was ruled out of the defeat thanks to an injury concern. That means Ante Rebic and Charles De Ketelaere will drop to the bench.
Beyond those two changes, Milan are expected to line up the same way with Junior Messias and Theo Hernandez on the wings, Sandro Tonali and Ismael Bennacer in the midfield, and then the back three of Pierre Kalulu, Fikayo Tomori and Malick Thiaw.
Mike Maignan will be making his return to Champions League action. Milan have a 1-0 lead in the round of 16 tie.

Tomori shouldn’t lose concentration like he did against Chelsea and fiorentina
Start Salaemakers instead of Messias
Doesn’t matter who he plays out of the two of them they are both bloody rubbish.
Has Maignan been re-registered to Champions League squad? What about Zlatan?
I think the lineup will be
Mike
Kalulu-Kjaer-Thiaw
Alexis-Bennacer-Krunic-Theo
Diaz-Leao
Giroud
I hope so, Kjaer was brilliant in the first leg against Kane.
