GdS: Probable XIs for Torino vs. Milan – Origi and Pobega to start

By Euan Burns -

Stefano Pioli is set to continue rotating his squad for the match against Torino on Sunday evening in Serie A as Divock Origi and Tommaso Pobega come back into the starting eleven, a report claims.

As has been said by La Gazzetta dello Sport in their predicted eleven, the coach is making the best of the players he has available to rotate with now.

He previously has had to overuse Olivier Giroud in attack but now that Origi is fit and ready, he can rest Giroud in games like this one after the Frenchman helped Milan get their win over Dinamo Zagreb in midweek.

Rafael Leao is set to keep his place but Ismael Bennacer could drop out of the eleven for Pobega, who started the previous Serie A game but not the Champions League game.

Simon Kjaer will also be dropped for Matteo Gabbia whilst Brahim Diaz should start over Charles De Ketelaere.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu; Kalulu, Gabbia, Tomori, Hernandez; Tonali, Pobega; Messias, Diaz, Leao; Origi.

Probable Torino XI (3-4-2-1): Milinkovic-Savic; Djidji, Schuurs, Rodriguez; Lazaro, Lukic, Ricci, Vojvoda; Miranchuk, Vlasic; Pellegri.
