By Isak Möller -

Ralf Rangnick has clear ideas for AC Milan, set to meet the top management of Elliott to discuss the matter very soon. Among other things, his role at the club will have to be defined.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport (via Milanlive.it), the German wants to choose his staff, that will be divided between technical and managerial tasks. In total, he wants to bring in at least eight collaborates to the Rossoneri.

There will be at least three Italians, who will be able to put their experience in Serie A at Rangnick’s disposal. The Italians, per the newspaper, won’t be Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara who both are expected to leave the club.

Meanwhile, CEO Ivan Gazidis’ right-hand man, Hendrik Almstadt, will be confirmed as one of the middlemen. Chief scout Geoffrey Moncada will get a bigger role, also because he has convinced Rangnick with his previous work at the club.
