GdS: Top clubs observe Donnarumma; AC Milan eye replacements

By Isak Möller -

Donnarumma’s contract with AC Milan expires in 2021 and the Rossoneri are yet to find a renewal agreement with the starlet. Therefore, several top clubs (and not just Juventus) are keeping tabs on the situation.

According to today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews.it), the top European clubs (such as PSG) are observing the situation of the 20-year-old. This isn’t exactly a surprise, considering that Gigio has continued to perform well.

Per the newspaper, among all the teams interested, Juventus seem to have the biggest chance of landing the goalkeeper. In the meantime, though, they are working on the contract renewal of Szczesny, which could change their plans for the future.

As for Milan, they are already looking at potential replacements. As reported by the same newspaper (via MilanNews.it), Perin is on their radar, while it’s also possible that academy-schooled Plizzari could get the chance (currently on loan at Livorno).
