Winger Samu Castillejo could be set to leave AC Milan after just 12 months with the club, according to the latest reports.
New Rossoneri head coach Marco Giampaolo plays a 4-3-1-2 formation which does not use natural wingers, however there has been speculation that the Spaniard could be used as a secondary striker.
Despite Castillejo hinting at his desire to remain with the club beyond the summer during an interview in March, matters may be taken out of his hands as Milan look to raise funds to secure quality midfield reinforcements.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport on Wednesday, LaLiga side Valencia are interested in bringing Castillejo back to the east coast of Spain.
Milan value the winger at no less than €18million, following a season in which he scored four goals and added two assists in 40 appearances across all competitions.
