GdS: Probable XIs for Milan vs. Fiorentina – Pioli set to make one change

By Isak Möller -

Following the win against Lazio, and Inter’s defeat to Bologna, AC Milan are flying high with just four games left of the season. They will have to make the most of that energy tomorrow, taking on Fiorentina.

The Rossoneri are currently two points ahead of their city rivals Inter and the latter no longer have a game in hand to rely on. The season finale will be extremely nerve-racking, therefore, with everything on the line each game.

As said, Milan will face Fiorentina tomorrow afternoon and Stefano Pioli is expected to make just one change to the starting XI, per Gazzetta Dello Sport (see photo below). Ismael Bennacer is back from injury and will thus start.

It’s also likely that we will see Ante Rebic and/or Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the second half, having had a crucial impact in the game against Lazio. Pioli needs all hands on deck, there’s no doubt about that.

  1. You need to be on the front foot right off the whistle scoring early stepping on their throat……take away hope. If they have any hope Florintina will win.
