Hauge insists season will not be ‘complete’ until ‘Milan win the Scudetto’

By Oliver Fisher -

Jens Petter Hauge is a Europa League winner after Eintracht Frankfurt beat Rangers on penalties last night, but he is not yet fully satisfied.

The Norwegian winger was sold by the Rossoneri via the formula of a loan with option to buy that would then become an obligation to buy once Eintracht avoided relegation and thus secured their top-flight status for another season, which they did towards the end of the season.

Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com is among the sources who confirmed that Hauge is a new Eintracht Frankfurt player on permanent deal. Milan will receive the €2m for the loan plus €8m for the deal to be made permanent and then an extra €2m in bonuses which have already been achieved.

Hauge was interviewed by Viaplay after winning the Europa League and declared that he does not see his season as over until the Rossoneri win the Scudetto on Sunday.

“My season is not complete. If Milan win the Scudetto on Sunday then it will be complete,” he said (via MilanNews).

Milan need to avoid defeat against Sassuolo to win their first league title since the 2010-11 season, and around 18,000 fans should be at the Mapei Stadium for the game.

  1. heartwarming from Jens. Glad he is doing well for himself.

Bigger Milan legend than Snake calha

Congratulations to Hauge for the Europa League win. May the next szn be his. All the best

        1. I don’t agree .
And I am not packing my bags to support inter.
I can actually watch the games without getting emotional, and can evaluate players based on their skills and production not of what they say in front of cameras.
But it’s interesting how people defend Hauge just because he roots for Milan even though he wasn’t good at Milan and call him a legend but they crap on Castillejo who also been always a Milan fan.
BTW Hauge barely plays for Frankfurt, so Milan didn’t lose anything special.

          1. wasn’t good mate he scored 6 goals leao scored 7 all over the whole season despite coming. from the fkin Norwegian league wtf do you want more

I am not saying he is better than leao but his stats are not bad like you say.

          2. It’s stupid to say Hauge did not do well at Milan,if you are a milanista u will understand that he was not given chance to prove him self

  2. This kid is just amazing, the way we shipped him off and he is still showing his support for Milan, I hope he becomes a massive success and ends up back at Milan

  3. That be Great. He be better year by year..
He is good & be great attacking but doesn’t like nor is good at defending just like Leao..in 2 or 3 years he be moving again to a elite team.

    1. For profits?

But that doesn’t make sense. Would rather have him back in the future if it comes to it.

  4. Great kid.

It’s a pity in a way we let him go with the attitude he has.

If you look up Eintracht’s game’s though, he is a bench player for a team that finished 11th. That says why he is not at Milan.

A shame since he has a pro-Milan mindset and could still be a star.

  5. He played more effective, in his short time mostly as a sub last season, than saelemaker and Messiah and Diaz combined this season. And got us some important points only by his skill, otherwise we couldn’t end up in top 4. Pioli made a mistake excluding him from the EL.

He was a sub in frankfurt this season, but that depends on many factors: other players in his position, manager, style of play, ….

He needs a good manager and he will be a star.

  6. Hello Milan fans and lover, my wife gave birth to a baby boy a new generation of Milan lover, but I need ur help, I don’t have much money to do the naming ceremony next week Tuesday, what u will give me will go a long way thanks, 0044684636 access bank.

    1. If you don’t have money, why would in impregnate a woman or be thinking about a “ceremony”. How about giving you a punch in the face, will that go a long way too, clown?
