AC Mila’s Primavera side started their season with a 3-1 win against Monza last weekend and followed that up with another big win today, beating Bologna 4-1. As such, Ignazio Abate will be very happy with his players.
Abate’s men conceded early in the first half but found the equaliser through Jan-Carlo Simic right at the start of the second half. The talented centre-back found some space on a corner and made the most of the header.

20 minutes later, the star forward Diego Sia got on the scoresheet again as he converted a nice pass from Kevin Zeroli. In the 77th minute, the attacking midfielder Vincenzo Perrucci added to the party with a nice header, making it 3-1.

With just a few minutes left of stoppage time, Perrucci bagged his brace with a composed finish inside the box. Six points in two games for Abate’s side, in other words, and it’s a great start to the season.

Happy to see them played with confidence. Hopefully Simic and Zeroli will promote to the first team soon.
