Marco Rossi – the coach of the Hungarian national team – has once again waded in on the future of Dominik Szoboszlai.

The 19-year-old has been the subject of a transfer tug-of-war recent weeks, with Calciomercato.com reporting earlier today Milan are still in pole position to land him despite the pressing of Napoli.

Salzburg sporting director Cristoph Freund spoke to Sky after their game on Wednesday night and confirmed that no deal is in place with any club regarding the teenager.

A number of sides have been linked by various outlets including the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig and even Lazio.

Regarding the future of the teenager, Marco Rossi told TMW Radio (via MilanLive) that there are plenty of options on the table.

“He can still improve a lot and will depend a lot on the choices he will make,” he said.

“I know he has the possibility to play in Germany, England and Italy.”

Szoboszlai has 11 goals and 17 assists in 39 appearances across all competitions this season as per Transfermarkt, including six goals in six games since the restart.
