Hungary manager urges €30m Salzburg starlet to complete Italy move amid Milan links

By Isak Möller -

In recent weeks, AC Milan have been linked with RB Salzburg starlet Dominik Szoboszlai, who will turn 20 in October. Based on all the rumours, it’s clear that the Rossoneri will focus on young players.

Speaking to Calciomercato.com, Marco Rossi was asked about the impressive midfielder and all the rumours. The Hungary manager described an Italy move as perfect for him, sending a signal to both the clubs (Lazio and Milan) and the player.

“I think that playing in Serie A can accelerate the boy’s maturation. For a player like him, who’s still only 19 years, coming to Italy would give him the opportunity to complete himself.

“This can favour him for the rest of his career. Without a shadow of a doubt, I advise him to do so,” he stated.

Just yesterday, when asked about the interest of Milan, Szoboszlai stated that a move to the Rossoneri would be ‘destiny’. Tuttosport added that the interest is concrete and that a transfer would cost around €30m this summer.

Furthermore, Milan could take advantage of the Ralf Rangnick factor and the influence that the German manager has on the Red Bull environment. Then again, there are other clubs interest and the player’s decision will be decisive.
