CorSport: Ibrahimovic could fly to Saudi Arabia via private jet for Supercoppa

By Oliver Fisher -

There are four players who will remain at Milanello and will therefore not be present at the Supercoppa Italiana final in Riyadh, a report claims.

As reported by the Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews), the five players who stayed behind at the training complex because they will not recover in time to play in the game against Inter are Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Rade Krunic, Mike Maignan, Fode Ballo-Touré and Alessandro Florenzi.

However, the paper adds that Zlatan could decide at the last minute to show up for the match by flying on a private jet in order to see the team in Saudi Arabia and charge them up for what is a huge game in the scheme of the season.

The other four players will remain at Milanello to continue their respective recovery programmes with the hope of being available again to Stefano Pioli in the coming weeks.

  1. Zlatan should be in the locker room to charge up the players before all the matches as I NEVER wanna see a start like that from yesterday!
