Three AC Milan players have been called up by coach Milena Bertolini for Italy’s World Cup qualifiers in Valentina Bergamaschi, Valentina Giacinti, and Laura Giuliani.
Italy will play their first qualifying match against Moldova on September 17th. The Azzure are also in the same qualifying group as Switzerland. The two teams will meet on November 26th. Before the international break, Milan will play Lazio this Saturday. The Rossonere will meet a few familiar faces on that team, including former coach Carolina Morace, and former midfielder Nora Heroum.
The match will kick off at 14:30 CET (5:30 AM PST / 8:30 AM EST). You’ll be able to watch the match on TimVision and Milan TV if you live in Italy. For those who live outside the country, the match will be broadcast for free on La7.
The Rossonere will be looking to make it three for three and to secure another win before the international break begins.
