Journalists asked to bring network cable for Sassuolo-Milan as ‘wifi might not work’

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan will face Sassuolo in the final round of Serie A tomorrow evening and they are just one point from clinching the Scudetto. Rossoneri chaos is expected at the stadium tomorrow, and journalists have been warned.

Around 18k Milan fans are expected at the stadium tomorrow and that is incredible numbers, given that the total capacity is 21.5k. It will feel like a mini-San Siro, in other words, and it could cause some chaos logistically.

As tweeted by Swedish journalist Nicole Amiri, Sassuolo have sent an email to the journalist that will attend the game, asking them to bring a network cable as the ‘wifi might not work’. Understandable, given the network traffic expected.

It paints a picture of enthusiasm as Milan could secure their first Scudetto since the 2021/11 season, less than three years since Stefano Pioli joined the club during a chaotic period. Hopefully, they will succeed tomorrow.
