Juventus defender Gleison Bremer was full of praise for AC Milan and more specifically the work that they have carried out in the transfer window so far.
Milan have been the busiest of the top sides in Serie A so far as Sandro Tonali was sold for a club-record fee and that has so far financed seven incomings with Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Christian Pulisic, Tijjani Reijnders, Noah Okafor and Samuel Chukwueze among them.
Their work is not done yet either as they continue to be linked with a number of different targets for the defensive department such as Maxime Esteve, while it is believed that another striker like Alejo Veliz could arrive.
Bremer spoke during an interview and was asked for his thoughts on Milan given their activity in the mercato, with his comments relayed by our colleagues at SempreMilan.it.
“The team strengthened itself in the transfer window with Pulisic, Loftus-Cheek and other signings. They play the ball well, they’re strong in the strait and they have top forwards,” he said.
“They will be a rival for the Scudetto. Who is fighting for the Scudetto? Napoli of course, Inter, Milan, us. Then the Roman clubs are dangerous.”
Milan were among the teams that registered an interest in signing Bremer when he was at Torino and Olivier Giroud even praised him after a game in 2021-22. The Brazilian took the chance to return the compliment.
“In the Champions League I had to mark Mbappé and Neymar, but in Italy Immobile and Giroud are certainly the strongest.”
Now we’re getting more praise from Juventus players than some Milan fans…

I wouldn’t call them fans, these are “social media clout chasers”, they supporting the wrong club, they don’t understand Milan at all.
Who understand Milan? We change owners and strategies about every season. No wonder there are multiple opinions. People just need to be patience and let things settle, we will see in a couple of years how this strategy is turning out

Man this club got some cheap fans all of a sudden. You throw some signings in their face and they erupt like we already won Scudetto and got to CL finals at least.
