Franck Kessie spoke to MilanTV after AC Milan’s clash with Inter, which his side lost by three goals to two in the end. The Ivorian apologized for his outburst when getting subbed off.

“The substitution? In such a moment of the game, mistakes can happen. I felt nervous because of the game, which I wanted to win. When I left I let myself go at Lucas [Biglia], but now I gave him my hand. We have clarified the situation, I apologize to the fans and the club.

“The game? They started out stronger than us but we played a good game. We have everything. Let’s take this result with us and win the next game.

“The upcoming break? We have won many games. We must continue like this, some of us will play with the national teams but there will also be time to recover to come back stronger,” he concluded.
