Divock Origi of AC Milan

Longo: Milan in talks with multiple Saudi Arabian clubs regarding Origi

Duvock Origi is destined to leave AC Milan this summer and it looks like Saudi Arabia is the most likely destination for him. The Rossoneri are in talks with multiple clubs in the country, a report claims.

Milan signed Origi on a free transfer from Liverpool last summer but after just two goals scored, the striker is expected to leave the club this summer. In fact, multiple Saudi Arabian clubs have expressed their interest.

According to Daniele Longo, Milan are currently in talks with 3-4 Saudi Arabian clubs and it appears to be the most likely destination for the time being. Of course, Origi has been offered more than the €4m per year he makes currently.

The Rossoneri are pushing for the Saudi Arabia move as they would also collect some cash from the player, which would give them a nice capital gain. They can probably get around €10m for the striker, if not more.

Longo also added that Alejo Veliz is unlikely to join Milan despite the reports of Gianluca Di Marzio.

  1. If we managed to fetch 10-15 million for him lol… I’d be shocked. But knowing where this interest is coming it really isn’t surprising.
