Jean-Michel Aulas, president of Lyon, spoke to RMC Sport about the rumours linking them with AC Milan’s Suso, confirming their interest in the winger.
The winger has been linked with a departure since the end of last season, as the Rossoneri are looking to offload a few players in order to fund the signings they have in mind.
However, after a fantastic pre-season, Milan manager Giampaolo expressed his will to keep the player. In spite of this, Suso is still on the market, and the Rossoneri are willing to listen to offers.
In recent weeks, Lyon were mentioned as one of the teams interested in his services, along with Marseille and Roma. In the interview, president Aulas confirmed the news: “Suso is one of the profiles that we are following”.
Milan will reportedly demand €35m for his sale, not willing to let their star go for anything less. Therefore, as few have been able to offer that price thus far, he might stay at the club.
