After the success with Theo Hernandez, who quickly made a name for himself at Milan, Paolo Maldini is once again looking for a bargain at Real Madrid. However, he will face competitions for one of his targets, a report claims.

According to Marca, Sevilla have set their sights on Oscar Rodriguez to deal with the departures of Ever Banega and Franco Vazquez. The Real Madrid midfielder, who recently returned from his loan spell at Leganes, has impressed many teams.

In addition to the Spanish side, Milan are also interested in the 22-year-old, who is valued at around €20m by the Bernabeu side. That being said, the Rossoneri can’t offer Champions League football and Rodriguez could prefer to stay in Spain.

The attacking midfielder, who usually plays in the trequartista role, scored nine goals and assisted an additional two in La Liga this past season. Furthermore, he’s known to be a very good player when it comes to set-pieces.
