AC Milan do not currently look like being able to sign either of the Fiorentina duo Nikola Milenkovic and Federico Chiesa, according to a report.
The Rossoneri have been repeatedly linked with a move for both of the aforementioned players as they look to strengthen their centre-back and attacking departments.
According to the latest from Sportmediaset (via MilanNews), Nikola Milenkovic is a player that Milan like a lot but Fiorentina value him at €40m and are not willing to sell.
Instead, La Viola have opened to a possible exit of Chiesa, but he is still valued at around €60m and from Milan there are no signs of a very concrete track.
As Sunday’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) notes though, both players do not seem willing to renew their current contracts which both expire in 2022, meaning it is a risky game for Rocco Commisso to hang on to assets that will only diminish in value.
